Utopia Velvetine is described as Vibrant Orchid colour. 
Basically it's a cool toned purple with hints of fuchsia pink.

An unbelievable colour, creates a vampy dramatic look, its absolutely stunning.

 Application:

Velvetines are a very liquidity product so less is more.
Please note, if you apply like a lipgloss, you will get a mouthful of liquid lipstick haha! NOT FUN

Preparation is the key!

1. Scrub lips to remove any excess dry skin.
2. Apply a moisturizing lip balm. Leave for 10 mins then blot away.
3. Optional, Use a Lipliner to trace your lips. 
4. Wipe excess from Velvetine wand then apply first coat. Allow to dry.
5. Apply second coat - Dries Matte.
6. Use concealer to clean up lip liner with a concealer brush to create a crisp perfect line.
7. Blend excess concealer to complete the final flawless look.
